@AskLyft I can't DM you and you've stopped responding here. I've used Lyft for years, but apparently this company has completely flatlined the first time I try to get any support. #Lyft #Uber #rideshare

@AskLyft My husband dropped his phone in the Lyft car he took tonight. Now he can't log in to get help about it, because you text the account phone during login. And I can't access his rides to contact the driver, even though we share a family account. This sucks, what do we do?

Does Uber have better support than this? Might be time to switch. Lyft told me to DM them, and when that failed, they stopped responding, giving me no other option for getting support. #Lyft #Uber #rideshare

For the record, we knew going in that Beyond the Door 1 was an Exorcist rip-off & Beyond the Door 2 was a retitle of Mario Bava's Shock, a completely unrelated psychological thriller, & Beyond the Door 3 was unrelated to the other two. Italy does this a lot, it turns out.
