The BBC finally gains access to Gaza. The result is this truly appalling bit of reporting.

Up top Lucy Williamson observes "The Gaza of maps and memories is gone, replaced by a monochrome landscape of rubble stretching flat and still for 180 degreesm from Beit Hanoun on one side to Gaza City on the other."

Apparently this is the result of a disembodied entity called "the war."

She says the Israelis have returned continuously to this part of Gaza "as Hamas regrouped around its strongholds in the area." To most observers it has been blindingly obvious for more than a year that Israeli is engaged in a systematic campaign to render Gaza unliveable. In Beit Hanoun there is scarcely a stone standing on top of another stone. She really thinks this is all a by-product of fighting against Hamas?

No less than 10 of the paragraphs in the piece are "Israel says" paragraphs - almost none of them challenged.

"The ceasefire has faltered twice already", she says, which is an interesting way of describing the fact the Israelis are allowing in only a fraction of the aid they agreed to and have killed 240 Palestinians.

"Military censorship laws in Israel mean that military personnel were shown our material before publication. The BBC maintained editorial control of this report at all times," she says. If that's true, it just makes it all the worse.

So, now, not only is MI6 via Reuters, trying to portray Jolani as some kind of anti-corruption saint while he is participating in the wholesale slaughter of Syrian minorities and the theft of their homes and livelihood - now there are "rumours" that Jolani will meet with war-President Trump in the US. Note, this comes almost immediately AFTER the Kremlin Jolani pageantry that shocked the world. There is, reportedly, potential for a Zionist-Syria security deal - another term for the edging towards normalisation with the genocidal entity.

The claims that Jolani and his Takfiri "army" will be included in the "anti-ISIS" coalition are laughable. A considerable percentage of Jolani's murderous thugs adhere to the ISIS Wahhabi ideology, many still proudly wear the ISIS insignia. So, while Jolani is being marketed as a "pragmatic" negotiatior and the majority of the West are swooning at his feet - the free people of the world see him for what he is - a monster in a suit, with the blood of hundreds of thousands of Syrians on his hands while he bleeds the country dry through his own style of nepotism and gangster capitalism, just like Iraq post 2003. What is even clearer is how Trump and Putin are running parallel foreign policies with regards to Syria and the West Asia region, with "Israel" as the middle man and Turkey in the wings. Syria and the Syrian people have no voice or importance in the Zionist bloc land-resource grab strategies.
