Marked both you and consumer affairs ministry as i am fed up with the delay, as I have been following this up from 1st Oct25, how can they give only 1 key and not give silly reasons loke 2nd key misplaced & trying to order it, but with no end date in sight

@18002096006@anandmahindra none from VVC Motors Hyderabad or youth team connected this is really going bad to worst, 2 simple points to be covered, the dealer didn't give my 2nd key and Warranty extension still not updated. Please ask team to help
@anandmahindra # no idea if you react to Cx post, heard you do take Cx complaints seriously, bought XUV700 @ VVC motors Hyd, this was a demo vehicle so got some discount, but these guys are unprofessional, I have few service issue, like battery, 2 key missing etc. is No9949991458

@18002096006@anandmahindra sir even after your team intervening there is no resolution from VVC Motors Hyd, I suggest you ask ur team to take strict action as now this is more than 6 months that they have note updated Warranty extension and given 2nd key of the XUV700

Thanks to ur team, dealer moved, but still a few commitments are pending like 2nd key of car, Warranty extension i paid for & 27D fir TCS Deducted, can ur team help close this with the lethargic VVC Motors, who as usual are casual & have no customer 1st policy
