@zomatocare@zomato I ordered the food at 9.21pm, the app first showed the food will arrive in 40 minutes, then it showed the delivery partner on the way, will reach in 12 minutes, now that 12 minutes remained 12 minutes for 50 odd minutes, then customer care says, sorry, order cancelled after 2 hrs
