@AmazonHelp Update on the status of order: didn’t got delivered and I was told to wait for the day and have escalated the issue to the concerning team, from the support team via that link.

@AmazonHelp Yes last time was told that they will see If it get delivered but the end up getting canceled next day, now I am ordering same product 3rd time and it still stuck at final delivery location.

@AmazonHelp This is not new issue read the whole thread, I have been having this for 3 months, even contacted social team, they don’t even reply. While customer care just raise a complaint, happening to others who live nearby me as well.

Never book @AirIndiaX. Yes I repeat never book @AirIndiaX especially when u have some emergency. They are never on time. 2.5 to 3 hrs is the minimum delay.

3: says delivered but was not has to ask for refund, 3rd one in list got auto returned when went out for delivery.
