DRDO just had one of its biggest weeks in history, And nobody is talking about it enough. 🇮🇳
In just the last few days India achieved all of this 👇
• Agni missile with MIRV and Hypersonic Glide Vehicle successfully tested on May 8
• Scramjet engine ran for 1200 seconds at full scale. Second such test ever in the world
• LR-AShM hypersonic glide missile cleared for trials. Range over 1500 km
• TARA glide weapon system successfully tested off Odisha coast
• Quantum Key Communication technology demonstrated for secure military comms
Each of these alone would be big news in any other country.
India did all five in the same week.
Missiles, Hypersonics, Quantum communications and Precision weapons.
DRDO is moving faster than most people realise. 🇮🇳🔥
Your so called “stray dog lovers” & those Bhairava–dog ancecdote pages that farm followers never spoke about Abhijit Sarkar or his dogs. So let me tell you his story:
> He was Abhijit Sarkar, a BJP karyakarta from Bengal
> He used to rescue & shelter stray dogs; one of his dogs gave birth to 5 puppies
> On May 2021, post-election results, he made a video saying TMC workers killed his 5 puppies, didn’t just kill the innocent little dogs, they smashed them one by one.
> He even showed the mother dog which stood silently in video.
> The next day, he was dragged out of his home & killed by TMC
> 3 of his other pet dogs were beaten to death beside him
> His family was not able to identify the body & requested an autopsy
> The first autopsy failed, & the 2nd was delayed
> His body was kept in the morgue for 4 months before being handed over to his family
Does having a different political opinion require this kind of brutality ?
Hahahahah thank you! 🫡
I would've ideally ignored her (there are plenty such characters on IG), but she made it personal by going after my beloved Metro Line 3. The entire Aarey bullshit was a declaration of war.
Her sinister motives were out in the open. And I refused to let some random self-awarded tree-hugger derail dignified commute for all.
I've been reading newspapers since the age of 10, am writing news/stories since I was 16, and covering original stories for tier 1 publications at the age of 21 while pursuing engineering.
So it shouldn't come as a surprise that I vehemently hate dishonesty. Jholawalas need to understand that their gate keeping privileges have expired in today's world.
Newspaper clipping from my news book, October 16, 2008.
The first-ever deeptech demo night at SPC Bangalore, was stacked with some seriously cool builds!
Here's a glimpse of how people are solving hard problems in hard-tech, from India. 🧵
> Be Nehru
Ignore para-athletes in 1960.
Build no basic infrastructure for the 1964 Paralympics.
> Be Indira
1972: India wins a gold.
No follow-through → no participation in ’76 & ’80.
1984: send 5 athletes, win 4 medals.
> Be Rajiv Gandhi
momentum favoured again, no build-up.
1988: only 2 Indians at the Paralympics.
Sets up a 20-year medal drought.
> Be Atal Bihari Vajpayee
Roll out a 10-point agenda, raise budgetary support, strengthen SAI, launch National Sports Talent Search.
Result: India’s highest participation yet, 12 athletes in 2004.
> Be Manmohan Singh
2004 Athens momentum, no build-up.
Beijing 2008: Contingent slashed to 5.
London 2012: Back to 10 athletes that matches 1968.
> Be Modi
Rio 2016: largest contingent yet, 19 athletes.
Tokyo 2020: 54 athletes, haul > previous 60 years combined.
Paris 2024: 84 athletes, 29 medals.
Here you have an airforce which pummelled the adversary into a state of complete shock.A mauling so comprehensive that a whole generation of PAF officers will carry deep scars on their psyche for decades to come.
From Nur Khan to Bholari , the message was loud and clear ; you can run but you cannot hide ! It was not a question of why but when ?
The pièce de résistance of the entire campaign emerged when Chad boys disabled Sargodha’s main runway and then mockingly flew above the airbase as PAF looked on bewildered.
And then to just rub it in , dropped a bunker buster on Kinara Hills to rub PAF’s nose into the ground. The nuclear bluff was called out so loudly that the reverberations were felt from Islamabad to DC. Halwa Atomi Bum !
The @IAF_MCC boys at Vayu Bhawan have a very twisted sense of humour which is colloquially called “Haramipan”.When Kinara was bombed one of the older faces in the Ops room gleamed knowingly. He could now hang his boots in peace knowing that ,
“An adversary that proudly calls itself the sole possessor of the Islamic Bomb and guardian of the Caliphate’s nuclear mecca was left devastated by the utter humiliation piled on it”.
This half burnt portrait of Asif Ali Zardari from the smouldering debris of Rahimyar Khan airbase is symbolic. It has in many ways given us a legacy which complements Pakistan’s surrender at Dhaka in equal measure.
Jai Hind ! Jai Hind Ke Sena !

A longish, continuous thread on near destruction and massive clean-up of the Indian banking system:
The cleanup of Indian banks and financial systems has to be one of the most monumental achievements of the Modi government and one of the most shameful legacies of the UPA government, led by an economist who previously headed the RBI.
The UPA nearly dismantled the Indian banking system through what has been labeled "phone banking," where politically influenced lending decisions prevailed. Large corporate loans were often granted based on phone calls or direct influence from political leaders, completely circumventing due diligence and risk management protocols of the banks. In fact, Indian banks completely disregarded due diligence under political intervention.
Public sector banks, under direct government ownership and operational control of the Ministry of Finance, were particularly vulnerable to this malaise.

There have been several questions on the steps taken by @narendramodi govt regarding education.
In this thread, we shall see what the govt has done in these nine years.
#EducationReformsUnderModiGovt
A lot of my educated friends from other side of the political spectrum have started dissing Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, a freedom fighter, taking cue from their leader Rahul Gandhi. This mindless vilification of a man who spent his life in service of the nation makes me furious!
Let's assume you took a home loan of 45,00,000 in the year 2013.
With prevailing rates in 2013 - you would end up paying ~82.5 lakhs by 2023.
With Modi's economic policies - you actually end up paying ~67.5 lakhs by 2023.
That's a saving of ~15 lakh rupees.
Rahul Gandhi claims that PM Modi is not telling truth; that China has entered India's territory and that grazing lands of farmers has been occupied. What is the truth?
https://t.co/ksLATCNMeQ
Here is the truth. India has lost territory to China twice.:
1) First, India lost territory to China in 1962/1963 under PM Nehru.
How much?
China occupied 38,000 sq. km directly in 1962. Later Pakistan gifted 5,180 sq. km. more to China in 1963. So total 43,180 sq. km. is occupied by China.
How do we know all this?
Because E. Amahed, MoS External Affairs of UPA government said so in Rajya Sabha on 22nd Nov, 2012. (https://t.co/V8efpnbTOm)
2) China occupied 640 sq. km. more of Indian land in 2013, when Sonia Gandhi was super PM.
This included 70 sq. km. of Indian territory in Pangong Tso, where Rahul Gandhi is currently frolicking.
How do we know this?
Because Shyam Sharan, head of NSAB appointed by Manmohan Singh, said so in a report in August 2013. (https://t.co/gbQMejIijr)
So @RahulGandhi ji, the only time China has occupied Indian territory has been when your great-grandfather was PM and when your mother was super PM. Never else.
At every other time when China has tried , it has been bloodied and made to retreat.
If and when the land occupied by China (when your family members were in-charge) will be taken back, it will be done by a BJP government only. Be assured.
@baliyanhindu Aur 20024 me congress ko vote dega to wo aise situation me mandir me fase logon pe case karenge jisa Karnataka me prank declare karke jo log voice raise kar rahe hain unke uper hi police chod de rahe hain.... airf emotion se nahi kaam hota... thand rakh
