Absolutely pathetic experience with RedBus and Ashok Travels Mandsaur Group. Booked a bus from Udaipur to Bhopal for my guest and at Indore, despite the bus being completely fine, passengers were shamelessly forced to shift to another filthy bus like cattle. @redBus_in

This is not just mismanagement, this is outright disrespect towards passengers. If this is the level of service being allowed on RedBus, then customer safety, dignity and comfort clearly mean nothing to them. @redBus_in
