विक्ट्री वन सेंट्रल में खराब कंस्ट्रक्शन का एक ओर नमूना। कल हुई बारिश सोसाइटी की बाउंड्री वॉल की एक दीवार गिरा गई
बेसमेंट में भी लगातार पानी भर रहा है जिससे बिल्डिंग के नींव कमजोर हो रही है।
