Worse, human support later blamed ME for saying "Thank you" instead of "Yes". Customers shouldn't have to reverse-engineer your bot's rigid logic to get a refund for broken eggs and unhygienic packaging from your Pune stores.

Why? Because your bot was hardcoded to expect "Yes".
As a product manager, this is a glaring failure. If your NLP model requires a strict binary "Yes/No" to trigger the backend API, it should NEVER output a definitive success confirmation when the input is rejected.

@SkodaIndia In E20 fuel issue and all the petrols are blended with 20% ethanol and my car is e10, in this case what you recommend, as there is no option to have E10 or without ethanol option, even premium petrol has 20% ethanol?

I travelled to 4 states during this and last month in India and just saw a difference in road and other developments, one thing is common among all BJP ruled state you will see either very good roads or roads in development when I enter West Bengal I could see nothing neither.
