@AmazonHelp You asked me to wait for Thursday EOD, then Saturday EOD , then Sunday 12 July EOD. and you cancelled by yourself, and saying that customer has cancelled, Wow. And now customer needs to wait a week or so for refund for a product which was never delivered.

Why there is no one to look at the issues ? If you don't have ability to deliver the products then, atleast delegate it to other logistics partner.

There is very big gap in between what Customer Care knows about the product tracking. Why you don't have any contact details about delivery station ? Why

@AmazonHelp : Why within Pune it is taking 3 days and not delivered yet ? No one is ready to help, if you are not able to deliver, share the delivery station location, I will collect, there is no rain I don't find any reason to be delayed.

@AmazonHelp do you guys really read the delivery instrcutions ? when it is clearly mentioned that avaiability is only from 11am to 6pm then why the delivery was attempted at 8.14pm ? why can't you call your delivery agent ? why no one can your delivery agent not even customer care ?

@AmazonHelp You haven't provided any help @AmazonHelp , you are just avoiding the issue and ignoring the facts that you don't have the proper logistic service in Nagpur Hingna area, one of your delivery agent is making issue and customer is facing the challenges.
