@UPS_Canada It's been two days and my documents are no where to be found for so called "EXPRESS EARLY" services. WHAT A JOKE. No one taking responsibility neither helping.

@UPS_Canada Customer services can't locate, neither supervisors can't help to find my important documents. It's total nightmare. If you can't deliver on your promise then don't charge customers extra or at least have responsibility to address the issue.
