Hi , the status says that the consignment is delivered on 14 itself however I received call from post man yesterday and it was delivered yesterday only. Is it a fraud ? The consignment picked vs delivered has timing of approx 30 minutes ?

@zomato @Swiggy Wrong delivery addresses are causing more calls, delays & followup for both customers and riders. Once the rider reaches the customer, let the customer confirm or correct the exact location and, with their consent, save it as correct location for future orders.

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for your response. Now I am able to understand why my And my wife’s voter id cards were never delivered to us. FYI my NPS card which was supposed to be delivered months ago got delivered along with ATM. Who is responsible for? @IndiaPostOffice

SBI Rani bazar Gonda. The female staff constantly talks on mobile phone, I am not sure if it is allowed to constantly use phone calling while serving customer. Due to this reason, many a times we have to seek her attention as she is busy in call @TheOfficialSBI @OfficialSBICare
