I need help, I am literally hard stuck at 188-194lbs.
I am 22 weeks into a new program, lifting heavier than I ever have, crushing PRs bi weekly but I can't drop a fucking lb.
Daily:
1700 cals
190g protein
Anyone have a suggestion..? I feel great but am truly stuck.
