MS Swaminathan, agriculture scientist & “Father of the Green Revolution” passes away at the age of 98.

He was awarded the first World Food Prize in 1987.
He was strong advocate of legalized C2+50% MSP to save farming.

Why do common people have to always fight the @narendramodi govt on almost every policy?

Did the team that create the $1200 MEP cap on basmati - one commodity where India has the lion's share in international markets - not know the adverse impact it would have on farmers and exporters @PiyushGoyal ?

Or is it the politics of "we agreed to your demands" that @BJP4India is always playing?

The whole #shubhworldwide saga, fabricated in the election campaign factory of the @BJP4India has successfully been able to bring down a young Panjabi artist, momentarily.

This election, the hot cake is Panjab. The masterminds decided the agenda in 2021. There's more to come. Fasten your seat belts.

CM @BhagwantMann do ask @ArvindKejriwal if you can speak up for one of your own.

Every Panjabi artist/sportsperson is a kh@listani and anti-India as per the self proclaimed "nationalists" who keep on forcing a never existent Akhand Bharat map but can't understand that blackout is indeed black in color!

It's just the uphill growth of Panjabi artists at the international level that hurts the non-existent, depressed, good for nothing trolls who are hanging on to life by one tweet at a time.

But we are blessed. The more you push us down, the higher we bounce. Your days are numbered, ours are always bright and happening!

Last month CM @BhagwantMann traveled from Chandigarh to Bathinda to meet Rajasthan farmers but he has only vilification & lathi-charge for Punjab farmers these days.

Oh okay, it’s election time in Rajasthan.

Former Twitter CEO @Jack Dorsey has exposed how @narendramodi govt not just pressurized but threatened Twitter to act against accounts related to #FarmersProtest & those who are critical to GOI.

Rattled by revolutionary ’digital activism’ of Farmers supporters, Modi even threatened to shut Twitter down in India & to raid homes of Twitter employees.

Later @Tractor2twitr , @TeamKEMofficial & many other accounts were withheld in India. Twitter is fighting legal case against GOI in Karnataka HC against these gag orders.

And India claims its a democratic country where citizens are treated equally & free to express views.
