I think it's time to acknowledge that shadowy, long-dated U.S. Treasuries pose a systemic risk to the stability of our crypto markets. I am calling on Gary Gensler and the SEC to regulate U.S. Treasuries as Howey investment contracts immediately to protect crypto investors.
