As per DGCA rules, if a flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, the airline is supposed to provide snacks, water, and tea. If the delay goes beyond 3 hours, they are required to provide meals.
Recently, a SpiceJet flight was delayed by over 2 hours, but they kept making excuses to avoid providing refreshments.
Passenger: Your SpiceJet flight has been delayed by more than 2 hours. Will you not provide us with refreshments?
Staff: Earlier, the delay was not more than 2 hours, so we didn’t provide anything.
Passenger: But now it’s been more than 2 hours, right?
Staff: Yes.
Passenger: So will you provide refreshments now or not? Please clearly say yes or no.
Staff: We don’t have refreshments available right now. We would have to bring them from market.
Passenger: There are refreshments available inside the airport, please arrange them from there.
Staff: We would have to bring them from market. There’s double security screening at the entry, so it would take time. It won’t be possible urgently. The flight will probably arrive by then.
Airlines charge passengers immediately even if the luggage is 1 kg over the limit. But when flights are delayed, they start making excuses.
India’s judiciary is so intolerant of criticism that the moment someone questions it, the entire system behaves as if dissent itself is a crime. The only reason people are not being punished even more brutally is because the Constitution still places some restraints on absolute power. Even then, jail terms and intimidation are being used to send one clear message, stay silent and never question authority.
The judiciary proved him right !
How come it's always the Delhi High Court which is involved in all these shenanigans?
Close to the seat of powerful corruption!
This is my conversation with Mr. Gulshan Pahuja on the day he was convicted of contempt of court for which he has been sentenced to 6 months in Jail.
This man has only brought out the pain of people, demanded judicial reforms, transparency in the way our courts function
Instead of using this as an opportunity to clean up the corruption which has caused the system to become rotten, the judiciary punishes anyone who has the guts to speak up
While many developed countries have scrapped the Contempt of Courts Act or have liberalised it we are still holding onto this act with Colonial roots like a Medal.
This is the YouTube channel of Mr. Gulshan Pahuja who has been sentenced to 6 months in prison for contempt of court for using words "Tanaashaahi, Manmarzi, Dictatorship" for Judiciary
Instead of apologizing to wave his sentence, he again repeated that he expects NO JUSTICE

This account posts fake news against India on a daily basis. The claim that 22 Indian soldiers were killed in Manipur is another piece of fake news.
🚨 At 21, Pooja Singhal became an IAS, at 46, she spent almost 3 years in prison.
Pooja Singhal was in custody for allegedly embezzling MGNREGA funds meant for the poorest of the poor. She has properties worth ₹83 crore.
At her UPSC interview that, at age 21, she was one of the youngest to clear, she pledged she will work for the poorest of the poor.
She remained in judicial custody for more than two years before finally securing bail in December 2024.
Soon after her bail, the Jharkhand government revoked her suspension.
She was reinstated into service effective December 7, 2024.
In January 2025, Singhal was posted to the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Raj Bhasa in the Jharkhand government.
Yes, the same officer once arrested in a massive corruption probe. 🙏
In this country tens of thousands can attend funerals of terrorists, congregate to call for the breakup of India, block an arterial road for six months, lay siege to a highway for a year, but if @ajeetbharti wants to protest, legally and peacefully, he is put under house arrest.
GC community members have planned a protest at Ramlila Maidan against UGC rules in Delhi tomorrow, and since morning the Police have been detaining or house-arresting several key faces of the protest.
The question is: why? Why such pre-emptive action when this protest is expected to be completely peaceful? Where does this same urgency disappear when protests turn violent, as seen during Shaheen Bagh, or when roads remain blocked for months, as during the year-long farmers’ protest?
Peaceful protest is a fundamental right. If that is the case, why is this protest not being allowed to take place? And why is the media largely not covering this protest and related news to it?
What kind of misuse of Money Power is this? Taking Law and FoE for a ride? You cannot now even ask question or show descent? Malabar Gold is making fun of everything and anything constitutional by sending notices to hindu handles?

What timing! Either a stunning disconnect from ground realities or a complete lack of concern.
Either way, an embarrassing community note is bound to follow.
