1/4. Non grant of NFFU for def forces in HSC, “God and soldier are remembered only during danger; Danger passed God is forgotten and Soldier is Slighted”. While all other Central Services have NFFU, Def Forces don’t. Case filed in AFT during 2016, judgement in favour.

The present govt doesnt have money for rightful pay & allowance of def forces (all other central govt employees are getting the same bt def forces) bt they do have money for proposed increase in MP frm 543 to 850. Even the irony died today. Jai hind, jai hind ki sena. Wat a Joke.

Grant of NFU: The Govt betrays the Armed Forces. In the Additional Affidavit filed by the Govt this morning at 10.21 AM, the Govt has denied the NFU to the Armed Forces, mainly on the grounds of "significantly large Financial Implications". Just see the MISCHIEF, the Affidavit filed by the Govt is dated 20 January 26 which has been finally filed after three months, probably to avoid the particular Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court since Hon'ble Justice JK Maheshwari is retiring in June 2026 end or to ensure that the Elections are not adversely affected. This is how the Govt plays with its own Armed Forces. However, the FIGHT will continue......

You are deliberately misleading people. The video 👇 loaded on YouTube by you is ill-conceived. All Armed Forces personnel are considered to be "On Duty" 24x7 ( a fact duly ratified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in so many judgements) and hence, for Regular Armed Forces personnel, there is no concept of "On Duty" or "Off Duty" and hence there is no requirement of "On Duty Passes". Such passes are required for the Irregular Armed Forces personnel only like Territorial Army personnel etc. The Indian Tolls Act, 1901 is absolutely clear about this. The 2008 NHAI circular CANNOT over rule the Central Act i.e The Indian Tolls Act, 1901. Please DO NOT mislead people by putting such videos. Shame on you @FinancialXpress.
