Raspberry Macaron - Rich Raspberry flavor and freshly made, the Macaron melts in your mouth. Not a ton of sweetness which is perfect in a dessert like this. This Italian Bakery is awesome!

Day 147 Post Hair Transplant Update - My Hair is Holding Up Great in the Sun.
Getting a lot of sun on my hair now that I have more coverage for my head as it gets longer and covers the other transplant areas.
I still recommend wearing a hat at this point if outside for an extended period of time.

Nurse Shark Surprise and Yellowtail Snapper at the Boundary Waters Great Stirrup Cay in The Bahamas.
Today’s Finds…
Nurse Shark - One of the most unique sharks patrolling tropical and subtropical coastal waters. This dude snuck up on me and swam directly underneath me. Adrenaline rush.

Yellowtail Snapper - A sleek, blue to olive body, the prominent yellow stripe running from the nose all the way to the tail with a bright yellow fin. They are inquisitive reef fish in the tropical Atlantic, Caribbean, and parts of the Bahamas.

Asian Spareribs with Vegetable Summer Roll and Lime Chili Dip - These were absolute fire. Order two!

Waldorf Salad with Granny Smith Apples, Grapes, Celery, Candied Walnuts. There were no Granny Smith Apples, these were Honey Crisp, miss on the flavor combo

Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp with Curry, Peanuts, Coconut, Jasmine Rice, and tons of Peas. - The Curry, Chicken, Peanut mix made the dish great. Not spicy like the menu says.

Brownie S’More - with Graham Cracker, Roasted Marshmallow Cream - The Marshmallow Cream is such an elite flavor, give me a bucket of it.

Bluehead Wrasse and Blue Chromis Snorkeling at Vibe Shore Club Great Stirrup Cay.
The Vibe Shore Club is consistently empty and you can have the snorkel area pretty much to yourself. Today’s Finds…
Bluehead Wrasse — They are known for that distinctive bright blue head, followed by a black-and-white collar, transitioning into a green or teal body. They are incredibly active cleaners on the reef.

Blue Chromis - They have bright, electric-blue streaks and tiny v shaped bodies and dart around the rocks feeding on small plankton.
