@guitarguitaruk follow up from my previous posts, your service has been dreadful, delivery was a shambles, sent out a damaged guitar and then failed to set aside a replacement for me only to tell me that they have now sold out (they were in stock when I returned the first one)

@guitarguitaruk When ordering an item of this value I expect better customer service. it is apparently going to be redelivered tomorrow but I am not hopeful that it will actually arrive again as DPD drivers pick and choose what they can actually be bothered to deliver. @guitarguitaruk @dpduk_

@guitarguitaruk @dpduk_ I have had an absolutely terrible time trying to get a guitar delivered today, driver was 8 houses away and said that the package was refused, I was then lied to on the phone, it took 4 hours for me to get a call back and I didn't get any help at all...

I have got a £2000 guitar sitting in a van somewhere, DPD's customer service is appalling, I have screenshots to show just how close the driver was.
This isn't @guitarguitaruk 's fault but they need to know the disgusting service that their providers are giving to their customers
