@ChelmsCouncil @bondstcm1 last year Bond St management put a fence round to protect the Swans and their nest. They are setting up on the opposite side of the river, can @bondstcm1 or @ChelmsCouncil #parks team do it again? Public and children are getting very close upsetting them
