@AnthemBCBS says that my individual vision plan can’t be cancelled through them and I need to go to @EyeMedVision says they can only view the policy not cancel. Had a sweet lady from Anthem LaShonda try to help but @EyeMedVision insists I have to contact @anthem 3hrs no luck.
