The Eurovision Song Contest will officially expand into Asia in 2026, marking the first large-scale adaptation of the format outside Europe.

The project is anchored by the European Broadcasting Union in partnership with Voxovation and #Thailand’s S2O Productions, positioning the show at the crossroads of European format expertise and Asian live‑event production.

Ten countries are already on board. Additional participating broadcasters are expected to be announced in the coming months.

The inaugural #Eurovision Song Contest Asia coincides with the 70th anniversary of the original Eurovision Song Contest, extending a well‑established brand into one of the world’s most dynamic music and media markets.
