@MATH_052205 @zerochills Correct. Prior to 3 yrs ago, hot pursuit of a suspect into a home was an exigent circumstance exception for the warrant requirement. However, a 2021 USSC case eliminated hot pursuit as a blanket exception in the absence of the threats listed in the previous post.
