This letter was sent to about 3,700 water customers. If you received it, please visit the link provided and complete the survey.

If you did not receive this letter, your service line is already in our database and no action is required.

Receiving this letter doesn't mean you have lead pipes. It simply means we don't have information about what material your water service line is made from to rule out that possibility. The information included about the health effects of lead demonstrate how critical it is that those who received this letter complete their survey.

Some City of La Vista facilities are without power due to the storm. As a result, the only City facility that will be open normal hours today is the La Vista Public Library. All other facilities are closed until further notice.
