@Wickes waiting for delivery for two days, still not come, customer service non existent, says wait TIL 7 when customer services will be closed. If doesn’t come might be able to delivery tomorrow if slots available. Not good enough, as we know there won’t be
@BootsUK awful website, can’t login, takes far too long for the onetime passcode to come through, I have no issue with other retailers, when you do manage to login, the order fails despite being logged with bank
@TicketmasterCS why is the website not working properly. It only loads part of the page when trying to complete a tick the purchase, times out multiple times and lost all the tickets I wanted, so annoying when technology doesn’t work
@sainsburys food to order was incomplete, hold by the store assistant would get refunded automatically, I haven’t been. Have called 3 times to be told store would contact me to arrange refund, they haven’t, nearly a month on still no refund, very poor
5. Now have to wait another 10 days for them to process, expect it will happen all over again, get a grip EON! Poor customer service, don’t want to part with money from your bank but happy to take it for everyone else!!
4. Rang them, said not sure why as photo evidence lasts 14 days (14 days today) but do need to resubmit. Not my fault it’s been bank holiday, not my fault it’s taken 7 working days to be looked at, and then the reject button pressed.
3. Told to wait 10 days for it to be processed, fair enough! Emailed today to say my request had been rejected as they need photographic evidence of meter reading, I literally sent it on the 28th.
2. Requested again 28th March substantial £700 credit on my account, my money! Told to submit phot evidence of meter reading (despite being on smart meter), told it was due to value of refund.
Rant about EON next. Is anyone else struggling to get refund of credit on account.? 1. Requested refund mid March was told had to wait for next billing. I did that
@evans_mairwen@grantshapps@itvMLshow Very unfair for those that have to apply. I too bought a tank of oil mid last year. Those that have received automatically haven’t had to prove purchase. I do have an electricity supplier but not paid automatically, why?
@RoyalMailHelp Soon isn’t good enough, they were ordered 1st Jan and posted 2nd Jan that one hasn’t arrived and the replacement sent 5 days ago has come either, now they are too late her birthday will be done & gone, appalling service. Why on earth do we pay what we pay for shoddy delivery
@RoyalMailHelp So… have been waiting for a hand made birthday card since 2nd Jan, it’s never arrived. The seller send me another, posted Monday tracked 1st class, still not arrived 4 days later. Spoke to very rude ‘customer service person’ told have to wait at least 10 days
