ok i wouldn't usually do this but i am EXTREMELY impressed at @linkedin@LinkedInHelp customer support. I, a non paying user, had a really messed up bug where my cover image was completely busted with a server side error. The same rep stayed with me over DAYS trying to debug, then passed it on to someone in the backend who actually fixed it. Cannot believe this level of support honestly. Amazing.
@LinkedInHelp my cover photo is absolutely corrupted and completely unchangeable. I get an error on the iphone app, and i get an empty box on the website (tried chrome/firefox/safari cleared all cookies, incognito mode, doesnt work.) It's totally broken, i opened a case 77745256
@allbuttnohole@LinkofSunshine You obviously dont deal with violent unhoused individuals threatening your safety in a very real way or defecating or urinating all over public seating.
