I was groomed, manipulated, and emotionally abused by the son of two police officers who knew exactly what he was doing the entire time. Definitely shame the teenager who was too scared to come forward until it was too late. GREAT idea.

I've got more. The 15 year old who was repeatedly raped by the stepson of a cop but no one believed her, and she felt going to the police would do absolutely nothing.She's in her 30s and still can't hear his NAME without panicking. But there's no evidence so clearly didn't happen
