What is the hierarchy of the jerseys? Yellow is on top, but if a rider holds two of the other jerseys, can they choose which one to wear? For example, if they hold polka dots and white can they choose to wear either one on the next stage?

@olpj2923 @liveon4legspod I would agree with this. Toronto was still a good show, but the least fav of the 4 I saw that tour by a margin. I speak from a position of privilege and am thankful to have seen 4 that tour, and many before / since. I have never seen a bad PJ show, but some better than others.
