@noveltyverse@InezFeltscher This is such a silly claim I can't even fathom it. There are democrat politicians and talking heads that will profess their hatred for America and their fellow Americans on national TV. They frequently talk about the American flag being a symbol of fascism and oppression.
@pernicious_jest@smi30966@mtaibbi I think the implication is that an incel would likely know very little about love. Which is probably true. But you should probably dislike her because of her contributions to an insidious and corrosive ideology.
@LeGreatJonathan@VraeliaValkyria@shyamjith_a@wannafigh@Uc_heyy02 That's not really a fan theory though, the book explicitly tells you and gives you all the information. It's just an interpretation of what's on the page. Fan theories are (usually) wackier and rely on cobbling together information that is not explicitly related to the character.
@LeGreatJonathan@VraeliaValkyria@shyamjith_a@wannafigh@Uc_heyy02 Jon being the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna is literally hinted in the first book. It's not clear who exactly his parents are until later, but it's obvious that he's not Ned's, yet he looks just like the Ned and his brother. Which indicates he is either Brandon's or Lyanna's.
@Shadow_ofaDoubt@ReviewsPossum I did grow up with liveleaks. But I don't live my life based on gore porn from 3rd world countries. No way would an airport or mall in America allow thousands of people to walk on them if there were any significant risk of catastrophic failure. The lawsuits would be bankrupting.
@KyzerBengal@IrishRebel89@u_ringingbells@AshtonForbes Arrested, maybe; cops aren't lawyers or judges after all. In the US, you'd be unlikely to be charged based on the video, and almost certainly not convicted by a jury.
@MinuitVt@TylerAlterman Having a fare is actually a great way to keep tbe trash out when enforced. The fare could be $.05 and it would still be highly effective at making public transit much safer and orderly, so long as people skipping it get bludgeoned.
@Shadow_ofaDoubt@ReviewsPossum This seems like some weird myth fueled by liability concerns from manufacturers. I've walked on turned off escalators in airports and malls across the US and Europe with no issue and never seen one blocked.
@Munkieezy@ZhugeEX Get a password manager! LastPass (mostly) and Bitwarden are both free and will make you more secure and never have to worry about passwords.
@Darth_Peachez This isn't really a concern anymore honestly. My uncle lives on literally the side of a mountain in the WV wilderness and even he has pretty good internet now. Starlink and cellular boosted networks have made this fairly moot. Still bad to take away physical options though.
@RocketPulpHack 6.8 was specifically designed to maintain velocities in a shorter barrel, hence the ridiculous pressures and special cases. I don't know how it performs in the 11", but the 13" was intended. Weight is definitely a problem though, and a folding stock on a combat rifle is dumb.
@Elvish_Harper If your fantasy economy doesn't have some market for adventurers to make money by killing monsters or completing quests, you haven't made a real fantasy economy. Surely alchemists, mages, armorers, and all sorts of other craftsmen would be seeking monster parts and wild flora.
@Gargux@Shadzey1 If you were on a suicide by cop mission, you could just max out your credit cards, which would explain the AUG and P90. But some of the stuff here is rare, niche, and likely to be cash-only or too expensive to load on low-limit credit cards.
@FenixAmmoHR Barrett did not join with Jackson's opinion. She joined Roberts' opinion. Jackson being a moron should not really influence how Barrett rules on a given issue.
@varneybe@DonaldSentUs@ComfortablySmug They are the same loan. The first image shows the balance and the interest. The second image shows the actual payoff w/intereat at $658/month.
@delapilap@UsingLyft@ellonico There's lots of evidence. It's in the crime statistics of every western nation. I'd like to see real justice reforms that punish those who deserve it and create paths to recovery for those who don't. But pretending that rehabilitation is possible for murderers, is naive.
