We are very fortunate to have obtained three copies of @paraderingedge books on paddock watching. Now listeners of our podcast will be aware that we are very fond of Geoffrey Hutson's book 'Watching Racehorses' as at the time it was the only book on paddock watching that applied the angles to data (i.e the misnomer on sweating)
Well thanks to the author Stephen Lang (who by the way goes racing with Geoffrey) has also produced a data related book on paddock analysis and those three copies could be yours. Simply like, retweet and follow us and @paraderingedge and you can win one of those three copies. Good Luck, will keep reposting this and the winners will be announced on the first day of #royalascot
I'm back to Twitter — and honestly a bit embarrassed it took me this long to say something.
My @paomaphotos account — 15 years and ~2,300 of you — was taken by a scammer. Gone. I'm rebuilding from zero and with the same handle, which I've reclaimed. This is me. Thread below. #賽馬 #競馬 #HorseRacing

A couple of standouts from the yard at Caulfield on Saturday, Mukhtalif and Extragalactic. Performed well and looked capable of better things, especially the latter.
Thought Buckaroo had a bit more to go yesterday. Slight underbelly and rear end a bit plain. Marked him as being in that transition period, first up to second up, where he's going from fresh to fit. Not at those odds.
It's a must to understand how your horse parades. Three distinct lays today, Castellar, Taken and the easily identifiable Point Barrow. Pays to check the tv vision of your selection's parade. Two book purchasers let me know they paid for it today after seeing Point Barrow. One halved his bet the other stayed out.
Flemington today. Good day. All 10 winners marked as positive probability adjustments. Kept the pair of clients I had happy. All adjustments are calculated from the metrics in the book-Parade Ring Edge-pure yard ,no form influence.
