@straczynski Speaking of that, NESFA (https://t.co/uSoEYYFxzu) a 501c3 is looking to include Harlan's contributions that were in the hardcovers of our Zelazny Volumes in the ebooks that we are working on now. I sent you a message on Facebook. Can you help? -Rick Kovalcik, President NESFA
@UnoChicagoGrill April Fools Jokes are really not funny, except maybe on April 1 itself. Also your use of https://t.co/1wQMumDt1N probably contributed to this, unless intentional, in which case I just don't know what to say. Oh, in any case, I do know what to say: FIRE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM.
@spinfire Interwebs seem to say the historical reason is that it was easier to control the speed with a DC motor than an AC motor. Now of course a system like Boston would need a major flag day to switch; which aint gonna happen. Not clear why new systems (PHX, KC, etc) were built with DC.
I have no idea whether the Democrats or Republicans will have the majority in the House or the Senate after the election. I just hope it will be the Democrats, in both bodies. I want to see a wave so huge that it will sweep all Republicans out of office.
@MBTA just got on a D train inbound and was only charged 1.70 with Charlie Card. Car 3870. Fare box is set for bus? No wonder you have a revenue problem. Why don't drivers fix or at least report these things?
