@TheMuppetPastor Plenty if false teachers in our camps. They are just harder for us to stop because we esteem educated, subdued, and serious backgrounds.
It likely wouldn’t “destroy anything.”
But that does not mean the net impact wouldn’t matter.
Blizzard (rightly) has regularly communicated that they are driving social interactions. I completely understand this isn’t the LFG tool.
But this is a tool that strips the player responsibility of being social, interacting with a group, actively recruiting, etc.
Imagine this difference… one model says “go outside and find friends to play with” and the other model is want add.
They are different. And small differences have consequences, even when unintentional.
So yeah… I do want people to interact with each other even in recruitment and even when you aren’t actively looking for a group. Even your experience seeing others interacting contributes to the community and social standards and awareness that community matters.
@Humanitydh Yes. Old mob tagging has meant that I’ve participated in 15+ groups I’d never have participated in without it. So… yeah. It matters and it’s better for the game.
@DesMephisto Had the best social interaction in a challenging dungeon last night in years. Several wipes and everyone was helpful and having fun. Totally different experience.
@Warcraft Please change the paladin taunt mechanism. It’s horrible. Taunt and judgment basically being the same button means your taunt is always on CD.
