@SamsungMobileUS @SamsungSupport spoke to total 7 reps for nearly 2.5 hrs and they just kept transferring the tic. so much for specialized attention and resources!! expected better from Samsung. i must say that was a bad experience 4 a simple problem.

@SamsungSupport @SamsungMobileUS, I did call the no. u gave. was again routed (new rep didn't even have access to tics as it was created by tech team). so again narrated problem. after 25 mins, she said my fone has software problem and needs to be repaired.
I hung up and fixed the fone myself.

I understand that some tech problems take time 2 resolve. but just being transferred frm 1 dept 2 other is frustrating.
my fone is rendered useless, becoz it won't accept my Samsung ac credentials and no one is helping.

i am greatly disappointed by this decision. 1st thought that came to mind is how cud our progressively thinking govt do this.
