@Moda_Shoes I am actually wanting to reorder the boots and the shoes but at this point in time having recieved poor customer service instore, poor quality twice on the same item and lack of response to my e-mail i really am reluctant to do so.

@Moda_Shoes i was told i would recieve an e-mail credit notification so i could re-order and so far there is still no sign of this. I also contacted you through the website and also had no reply hence the approach via twitter. Not the sort of service expected of such a premium brand.

@Moda_Shoes The boots ordered directly to replace the broken heal were also returned to the sheffield store as they were very badly marked both on the heals and the boot sides. So far over 300 miles travelled, two pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoes returned, nothing to wear and no refund
