ParalegalLK’s case law search engine currently indexes ~21,500 decisions from Sri Lanka’s appellate courts, starting from 1872.

The Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal began publishing all their decisions online starting from 2012. That explains the big jump in the decision count around that time.

For the years before 2012, ParalegalLK indexes only the reported decisions in Sri Lanka Law Reports and New Law Reports.
