The results have now been released and the students have been assured that they can apply for rescrutiny of results, and also apply to universities.
The @HRCSriLanka emphasised that religious attire including head covering is protected under art 14 of the #lka constitution.

The @HRCSriLanka inquired into the alleged infringement of #FoRB in Trincomalee when the exam results of 70 Muslim students were withheld due to a claim that their attire covering their head and ears violated an exam rule.
