quick second post catchup on how we do it around here:

first, all of our AI is fair and ecological.
fair by building AI with limits and not robbing artists, like special AI for school, uni and all that other stuff, while also keeping it private, with selfhosting.

self-hosting also plays a part in how parallel is going to make fair and ecological AI. by letting users make workload-appropriate instances for themselves, we don't host one too many servers contributing to climate warmth.
