I lived in Lome, Togo for one year, and one of the culture shocks I experienced was that at 12noon every work day, there is an all round city break. The bell at that center of the city is rang, and every business, banks, schools, offices, go and break till 2pm.
@KantInEastt I see Nepalis in Copenhagen all the time. They are never alone, always in groups, very loud. They buy wai wai noodles from grocery shop, never veggies or anything nutritional. They are either on call with someone or scrolling tik tok without headphones. All signs of low IQ TBH.
@ali_naka Do you understand history between India and Israel or need for this geo-political strategy for India? Clearly, No. Then just shut up, beg your neighbor to turn on his diesel generator and charge your phone.
@NigeriaStories RIP Nigerian security and strategic alliance policy (If there was ever one). You cannot be aligning with pro-Islam, terrorist nation supporting Turkey and be BRICS partner country, give Modi second highest national honor at the same time. Nigeria has sadly chosen Islamization.
Indian origin households lead as the UK’s most economically productive group in the UK.
Their hard work crowns them top taxpayers, pouring billions into UK coffers via progressive income taxes and without leaning on social welfare benefits; instead, they contribute far more as self-reliant achievers. No handouts, just outsized impact.
We contribute. We coexist. We achieve by our own efforts.
