Thank you for reply !!! Just to reiterate almost 50k ppl visit everymonth out of which many are Sr citizen this is really essential service which is required for smooth transit for Sr citizen

@RailwaySeva @drmadiwr I got a call but it was just a formality. .. I m clear at my msg ..there is no Escalator and No lift for the sr citizen for comfortable exit frm platform. ..pl take us seriously and get this services in Viramgam junction

I have a idea to prevent this spreading of Corona.
Pl asaign special team to pull out the data for all the citizens who have a travel history internationally for last 2 month and contact them on phone or via email...ask them to go for check up compulsory at nearby.
