Day 3 of exposing #instamart online fraud. A perfect Scam in 5 steps -
1. Take money from the buyer
2. Do not deliver the order
3. Delay customer complaints until he forgets
4. Issue apology email
5. Keep the money and suppress the case

Online fraud by #instamart . I paid Rs 792 without receiving any item that I have ordered on app. That’s one sided transaction, a typical online fraud. And you won’t return my money. No help from @SwiggyCares . I don’t see any way other than filing charges against you!
