We urge returning the multisig seat to the dev team to restore operations.
The development team is requesting for returning the multisig seat to restore order of operations and health protocol.
Protocol health, contract security, liquidity are the most important priorities for the users.
More info will be released regarding the major upgrades.

We urge returning the multisig seat to the dev team to restore operations.
Currently, we have 3 majority protocol upgrades underway for deployment. These would optimize
-protocol interest rates
-gas fee optimization
-timelock upgrade
-multichain deployments
These deployments are on pause due to the multisig control. Similarly with operations.
I am personally able to verify the contribution of @yuboruan , Alfred Liang, @0xJ_C , Walid, and Zhoujia's contribution to @paraspace_CM main protocol and 10 feature updates.
The engineering team is building. We're not leaving. Paraspace is here to stay.

Contributors at @ParaSpace_NFT ,
I write to make you aware of a pressing matter concerning our company. Two former consultants, Thomas Schmidt, and Jay Yao, have illegally obtained control of one of the protocol’s multisig and social media accounts. They did so by contacting key contributors, investors, and partners to make misrepresentations that they are founders/shareholders of @ParaSpace_NFT and manufacturing claims with the intent to take over and force me to step down as CEO. This is highly problematic and the legal team has taken action.
The majority of our team is already aware of the situation and is in active communication with me to battle against the issue. However, we must inform those employees who have supported this illegal takeover of the protocol key and social media accounts to withdraw from these activities immediately. It is imperative that we do not compromise our operations, nor put our operational funds at risk. Similarly, please be aware of the legal ramifications behind these illegal takeovers actions.
I wanted what has transpired thus far. In December 2022, I hired these individuals to advise the company. We had lengthy discussions of their roles and responsibilities. As it currently stands, we are in discussion with the structure and roles as business partners; however, they are not yet shareholders nor board members of @ParaSpace_NFT and @ParallelFi .
In the past 24 hours, they alleged “irregularities” to solicit “take over” through various forced actions, of which they accuse is the return of debts created by the white hacker (note: they are different from user funds) to one of @ParaSpace_NFT operating wallets for different purposes like insurance (0x909). The use of the returned funds was to recapitalize the protocol. Separately, the wallet continues to be used for operations as it was intended for when setting up. Upon receiving the capital from @BlockSecTeam , we planned a structured redeposit procedure in scheduled phases. This was for two purposes: ETH/USDC fluctuation and optimization of capital operations. The plan was decided upon together by myself, Thomas, Jay, and other key engineering stakeholders. To date, following the schedule, all of the hacker’s debt has been deposited back into the hacker account. The residual amount has already been paid back in full according to schedule. The mischaracterization by them is absurd, and I have nothing to hide.
Since founding for the past 3 years, I have poured all my energy, mind, and soul to bring @ParallelFi and @ParaSpace_NFT from ideas to an impactful protocol. Engineering and innovation are endearing to my heart. The emphasis on user and innovation will remain as the main driver to our future success. The protocol cannot be where it stands today without the support of key contributors. To the relevant parties involved in the situation, the protocol and contributors remain as the highest priority. It is imperative that we do not compromise our operations. It is users and protocol that we build for, always. I will continue to do so, ignoring the noises to build better products.
I recognize the concerns and uncertainty that this situation may cause, and I assure you that the Company will take measures to protect itself, users and what you have accomplished. I personally want to express how much I appreciate your support. I will update you as I receive further information that can be shared.
Warmest Regards,
Yubo
