It is not easy to be the voice of opposition. Despite constant pressure, attacks, and institutions ranged against him, Rahul Gandhi has chosen to stay on the path of struggle for what he believes is right for the people.

#JourneyOfLove - Is the first personal memoir of My Leader Smt. Sonia ji Gandhi. Love brought her to India, Sacrifice kept her here and loss pushed her into politics. Her biggest sacrifice in politics is remembered in 2004. As UPA Chairperson, she pushed for rights - based laws.

Mama,

I last saw you and Papa together more than 35 years ago. Since the day Papa left, I have watched you face everything life threw at you with never-ending courage and dignity. Only Priyanka and I really know what you have been through, and how difficult your life after Papa truly was.

I am happy, and so proud, that your story - “Belonging: A Journey of Love” - will finally be read by the millions of people who love you. I know how hard it was for someone as private as you to tell the world your beautiful story.

Today, on his birthday, I can see Papa smiling and looking down proudly at his beautiful Sonia.

Love,
Rahul

Wishing the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru Joseph Vijay, a very happy birthday.

I wish you good health and success in all your efforts. I stand with you in defending the rights, dignity, and aspirations of the Tamil people, and in working together for the state’s progress.

[Rahul Gandhi @RahulGandhi]
