Hi @RoyalMail @Parcelforce, my Express 24 parcel was collected Mon but has been stuck at Belfast Depot since Tue. I know Isle of Man deliveries can take an extra day, but it's now Friday. Could you please check when the next transit slot across is? Thanks!

@parcelforce I spend 40 minutes on hold to request a customs slip, as directed by your website, I needed to call and it cuts off every time. Can you tell me how much I owe as they didn’t leave a slip. Your customer service is unacceptable.

@parcelforce I‘m trying to pay a customs charge to get my parcel delivered but your website says there’s a technical issue for the last two days and by phone it‘s also not possible to pay. What else can I do other than drive 2hrs return journey to the local depot!! Please advise

Whoever is driving your van today around crawley GC19AOT wants sacking. Tosser nearly ran me off the road by deciding to go straight on in a right only lane on a roundabout cutting straight across me and nearly took the front of my car off.

What a load of BS your service is!! You return my item to sender because you claim I don't live at my address!?! You didn't even try to deliver to me!! And FYI, yes, I do still live at my address!!

@parcelforce I’d love to try the service but this is the second day I’ve made multiple attempts to Register.
Ever wonder why people make fun of the business by changing one letter in the name? 🤷🏻‍♂️

@parcelforce Sorry, you cant even deliver to the UK when you say you can! 48hr delivery still not here, no delivery on date given, drove to depot to be promised new date. No delivery, no update on app, no answer on customer helpline...another former market leader driven into the ground.

@parcelforce I was expecting a delivery today and you failed to deliver it, despite the proper name, address and apartment number being on there. There are no gates or obstructions and I’m not sure why it would have failed. Could you please redeliver?
