@parcelforce Hello, Im completely stuck. My parcel has been delivered to a depot the other side of the city due to a postcode typo. However, I cannot rebook a delivery on the app, as it freezes; I cannot book a change of address on the phone there are no humans

@parcelforce The parcel was a 48 hour service. If you look up the address, you can see that an extra 1 has been put in the postcode by the seller. It says N17 not N7. It’s been sitting there for weeks. Not returned to sender, not redirected to me. Can’t reach customer service. What can I do?

@lambeth_council Hello my parking permit has been cancelled as of end of today. The website is not allowing me to reapply as it says my registration is already permitted. At the same time it shows the cancellation. In short, the website doesn’t work

@BritishGas Hello, would you consider using some of your profits to help our elderly survive the winter, ie pay their bills. As individuals we are doing as much as possible to help others around. Maybe the corporates could do the same. New way of doing business.

No field to input financial losses even though requested and now it’s stripped out the text to say why the medical report is not accurate claiming it’s over 500 characters. It wasn’t. V stressful
