#ArmstrongOPP Conducted joint Commercial Motor Vehicle checks with MTO at Hwy 527 and Hwy 811. A total of 27 CMV's inspected with 4 charges and 3 warnings issued. Police also removed a passenger vehicle from the road for being unfit. Thanks for keeping our roads safe! ^mg

Thunder Bay OPP executed a marine rescue on Dog Lake. Two people capsized their canoe and had to be pulled from the rough waters. Both were wearing their life jackets, but were in the cold water for an hour. Great job by our marine operators. ^pt #OPP#PFD#boatingsafety
