new wifi connection with 1500 Rs on 28 March 26 , and when connection booked sales team said 3 months free but april my bill generated 101 rs which i have paid but Again on 6May bill generated 588rs . Regarding this issue i have complaint customer care many times @airtelindia

i have recharged with 859 Unlimited 5g plan and my phone is whole day in 5G coverage after that my data pack is 0 where is your 5G unlimited service why are you cheated with customers. In My area not a single minute my phone is switched on 4G network @airtelindia @airtelnews
