अगर वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग न होती तो कोई यकीन न करता।

गुरुग्राम में एक लड़की रैपिडो बुक करती है और बिना पैसे दिए मॉल में चली जाती है। ड्राइवर पीछे पैसे लेने आता है, लेकिन समझदार था, वीडियो चालू कर देता है।

पैसे माँगने पर कहानी बदलती रहती है। कभी ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कर दी, कभी कैश दे दिया, कभी गलत बर्ताव हो गया। कुछ लोग पूरी बात सुने बिना लड़की का पक्ष लेने लगते हैं और ड्राइवर से ही कैमरा बंद करने को कहते हैं।

मैं सभी महिलाओं को गलत नहीं कह रहा। विरोध सिर्फ उनसे है जो कुछ रुपये बचाने के लिए ड्राइवर पर उलटे-सीधे आरोप लगा देती हैं।

रकम 186 रुपये थी। ड्राइवर अपनी मेहनत के पैसे माँग रहा था। फिर भी कुछ लोगों को लगता है ड्राइवर न इंसान है, न इज्जत के लायक, इसलिए उस पर इल्ज़ाम लगाना आसान है।

और भीड़ बिना सच्चाई जाने पक्ष ले लेती है। यही बात ऐसी हरकत करने वालों को पता है, इसलिए वे आसानी से विक्टिम बन जाती हैं।

गोरे बच्चे की चाहत में नेपाली लड़कियों का सौदा हो रहा है। यूपी से सटे नेपाल बॉर्डर से इन लड़कियों को लाया जाता है। बिना शादी बच्चा करने के बदले दलाल को 1 करोड़ रुपए तक दिए जा रहे हैं। इसमें लड़की को केवल 20 से 25 लाख रुपए मिलते हैं।

ऐसे दंपती जिनकी संतान नहीं है, उनमें बच्चा करने का नया ट्रेंड देखने को मिला है। ये IVF से बच्चा करने के बजाय नेपाली युवतियों से बच्चा कर रहे हैं। इनमें ज्यादातर मामले ऐसे दंपतियों के हैं, जहां महिला गर्भधारण करने में सक्षम नहीं है। IVF में केस बिगड़ने और बच्चे के कमजोर पैदा होने की आशंका भी रहती है।

नेपाल से दलालों के जरिए मोटी रकम देकर लड़कियों को भारत लाया जाता है। उन्हें एक से डेढ़ साल तक यहीं रखा जाता है। संबंध बनाकर गर्भधारण कराया जाता है। बच्चा होने के बाद वापस नेपाल भेज दिया जाता है।
