"Whatever you do, wherever you are, don't waste time. Learn, work, and make the effort to understand what is right and what is wrong. Do what is right, and avoid what is wrong. Keep building yourself as time goes on. This requires discipline, self-control, and a clear understanding of what you are doing. And it has to be consistent. You cannot be disciplined at night and then lose that discipline during the day. You have to keep at it.
At your age, this is when your life can take one direction or another. You can come out of these years having built yourself into a better person, or the opposite. Things move very fast at this stage of life. You can either build yourself or destroy yourself. It's never too late. Even when you realise that you have lost something along the way, perhaps because you were carried away by emotions or the easy things in life, and you lost your way, whenever you come to your senses, remember that there is still time to turn things around and build a better life. Don't give up and say it is too late, that the damage has already been done. Even when things have gone too far, they can still be put right. Never give up." โWe find these powers who want to impress upon us that we really donโt have much, we donโt mean much, we can only survive because of them. This notion has to be challenged, and has to be challenged by all of us.โ President Kagame #WPC2026

โYou must have a way of working that serves citizens.
Simply being called a leader, being referred to as โmayor,โ and that is where it ends, that must stop.โ President Kagame | Central and Local Government Meeting

Hereโs the blueprint:
1. Wake up early..... like a soldier.
No snooze. No soft starts. You rise before the world and take your first W before sunrise.
2. Cold showers, no exceptions.
Shocks your nervous system, raises your testosterone, and teaches your body to handle discomfort like a damn beast.
3. Lift heavy. Sprint often. Stretch daily.
Motion is life. Weak men rust. Youโre either a weapon or a liability. Choose.
4. Eat for function, not pleasure.
Red meat, eggs, greens, water. No seed oils. No sugar. No processed dogshit. Every bite either builds you or buries you.
5. Sleep like a lion.
Deep, clean, earned rest. No porn. No scrolling. Just blackout sleep to repair the empire.
6. Mental fortitude over medication.
You feel tired? Get up anyway. Headache? Hydrate and lift. Stress? Handle it in silence.
Real men build immunity through hard f*ing living not popping pills for every inconvenience.
7. No emotional diarrhea.
Youโre not sick. Youโre undisciplined. Youโre not fatigued .Youโre unfocused.
Men like us donโt whine. We grind.
8. God first. Always.
Spiritual alignment sharpens the body and soul. When your soulโs in order, your body follows.
31st Commemoration of the Genocide Against the Tutsi | Djibouti, April 17, 2025

"We honor their suffering, their dignity, and their courage. This duty of remembrance is essential. To remember is to reject forgetfulness and the indifference that paves the way for repetition. It is also a commitment to actively build a world where hatred, intolerance, and extremism have no place."
Ambassador Charles Karamba emphasized the importance of memory, the fight against genocide denial, the prosecution of perpetrators, and the ongoing threat of genocidal ideologies. He also highlighted Rwandaโs remarkable transformation over the past 31 years and praised the strong bilateral relations between Rwanda and Djibouti.

โDRC cannot just tell us to keep quiet when they are mounting a security problem against our country. Nobody can tell us to shut up.
We have been begging DRC and its leaders for a long time, we have shared our issues and asked DRC to address them, and they have refused.
Let us not just have another meeting like the many we have had.
We canโt go on forever massaging problems. What is happening there is an ethnic war that has been brewing for a long time, denying peopleโs rights and then attacking Rwanda.
You must recognize peopleโs rights and take a step and resolve the issue.
This war was started by DRC and not anything from Rwanda. It was just brought and put on our shoulders and we were told to own it. We canโt own it. There is no question about it.
Let us use this meeting in a manner that will put into account all these matters seriously, and find a lasting solution.โ President Kagame | EAC-SADC Joint Summit.
