@driveu_in Still waiting for an update

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@driveu_in Such a crap service. Booked a driver and when the car returned to its destination, there were 4 punctures in 1 tyre. The claims team response - happened due to external factors hence not covered. (1/2)

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@driveu_in Here is the ticket number/ID - 017f5d95

A tyre almost new (hardly 30K driven) was totally flat despite being tubeless. Four punctures and now probably need to purchase a new tyre and your claim team says - external factor

(2/2) On the same platforms, convenience fee is totally different for same flight/route, if no discount coupon is used. Such malpractices should be investigated in detail @indSupremeCourt @MLJ_GoI @pib_law @arjunrammeghwal

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK There should be a max limit on convenience fee charged by platforms like @makemytrip @YatraOfficial @EaseMyTrip on flight booking. They list discounts on their websites and when you avail them, charge high convenience fee to nullify the discount (1/2)

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

(2/2) It was clearly communicated that we have checked twice with the branch and once with post office before registering complaint. Is this your way of resolving problems @RBI Kindly help @FinMinIndia

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@TheOfficialSBI A complaint was registered by your own pensioner regarding not receiving cheque book despite it being dispatched 15 days ago. The complaint is closed within few hours saying check with post office (1/2)

@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia Still waiting for the response on above query

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva Booked a ticket for 4 passengers. Due to limit on number of characters that can be inputted in name section on IRCTC website, only first and middle names are captured of one of the passengers. How do I have the surname added to the existing booking

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@makemytrip @IndiGo6E I need to book 3 tickets and one of the passengers is a senior citizen. I see there are some senior citizen discounts on certain flights. Is there a way to book all 3 under same PNR and getting the applicable discount or that ticket has to be booked separate

@UberIN_Support Been 8 days and yet no solution. Shows your commitment towards customer support

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@Uber_India @UberIN_Support Booked a ride to airport. Driver partner came at my location and told me to pay directly to him in cash/UPI if I want to board the cab. He didn’t start the trip (cancelled it) but still dropped me at airport for the same fare

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@UberIN_Support The concern has not been addressed. It is just a copy paste standard response

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@airindia Shared all the details via DM

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@airindia Was trying to submit claim for missing Maharaja points from a recent journey but facing some issue. Seems there is no dedicated customer care email ID. Your chat bot is not helpful either

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@Airtel_Presence Company conveniently ignoring/delaying response/resolution and then expecting customers to stay. Shows the commitment of everyone associated @airtelindia If this is the level of your service, you don’t deserve any customers. PS: all the details were shared 4 days ago

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

Got an international roaming pack activated on my corporate no from @airtelindia for business travel. After returning came to know @airtelindia has no mechanism to provide current bill or anything for submission to my company to meet internal deadlines. Porting the connection

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@Airtel_Presence More than 1 day has passed since this statement and still no response/resolution. Shows the above statements are just crap

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@Airtel_Presence Actions speak louder than words. All the relevant details already shared almost 2 days ago, but still no resolution provided

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have also sounded out my organisation to review the chosen service provider for employees to avoid such inconvenience in the future

[Parvesh Kumar @ParGoelz]

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia But your dedicated customer care team says not possible. Someone is lying here. Either the team just to sell the international roaming plans or the customer support team for whatever reason. I will be porting out 3 mobile connections + 1 DtH + 1 wi-fi connection
