The former CNN anchor was charged after covering an anti-ICE protest inside a Minnesota church. He frames the federal case as racial targeting. Prosecutors call it obstruction of religious freedom.

Race is the shield. The real question is whether a journalist can enter a house of worship during a protest and still claim pure reporting. The courts will decide which story holds.
